Facility Rules

The following guidelines have been developed to maintain a positive, family atmosphere at our facility.  

Thank you in advance for your cooperation in maintaining a positive experience for all the kids.


  • No pets
  • No glass containers
  • No alcohol
  • No smoking or vaping
  • The facility opens and closes based on the schedule of the day
  • All events at our facility need to be scheduled with us in advance. All scheduled events can be found on the field calendars.
  • Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the appropriate receptacles
  • All in attendance are expected to be respectful of the event officials, players, spectators, and volunteers



Donations to the Fields and Facility

This facility exists because of many dedicated volunteers who are willing to sacrifice their most precious asset-their time-and generous donors who want to see the families of the community have a safe, well maintained place to learn the valuable life lessons youth sports can provide. 

We do ask that all groups utilizing our facility consider making a donation proportionate to their time of field usage.  We ask groups consider a donation in the neighborhood of $5.00/hour of field use; with a $50 cap per week, per field, for those groups with heavy usage. These donations help offset only a portion of the maintenance costs involved in keeping the fields in playing condition.

We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.
